Project Heal of Santa Barbara County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally relevant healthcare navigation and wellness support. Since 2014, we've been a trusted community partner providing Patient Care Advocacy, health literacy education, and customized self-care resources to individuals and families across Santa Barbara, Ventura, and (soon) Los Angeles Counties.

We specialize in serving people impacted by systemic barriers—including those who are uninsured, unhoused, living with chronic illness, or managing mental health challenges. Through our holistic approach, we support our community’s well-being by focusing on the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) that influence everything from housing and food access to emotional support and preventative care.
