is dedicated to advancing public health literacy through evidence-informed education, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. Our work supports communities and organizations in understanding health and social care needs and in exploring inclusive approaches that reduce barriers to care and improve health outcomes in local environments. Established in 2014 in Santa Barbara CA, Project Heal of Santa Barbara County is a non-profit dedicated to empowering women and families through innovative health navigation. As a women-led organization, it serves as a valuable resource, offering expert advice and personalized guidance to help individuals understand their social determinants of health and design lives they truly desire. The organization works to bridge the gap between personal well-being and broader community health realities. Based in Santa Barbara, this organization extends its local services across Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and its systems planning global services virtually.
