So what I've noticed in mental health for 2022 is that alot of people are getting to a point where half of them are able to use their voice which I believe is their power and other people aren't able to, and for the ones who don't they lose their power and their individual freedom as a person to express and be their true nature. Technology is a factor because most young teens and people in school are learning to be more attached to their phones and devices than each other. A lot of people feel isolated, muted, confused and depressed because of the split that's been happening in the world with having a mask or no mask, or just of Fear of socializing with other people. I feel like in the future we should find ways to help people still stay connected and use technology, but still be able to genuinely connect with each others and lift up and inspire each other. Replace fear and depression with love
