This weeks Juice's-Energy Blast drinks for the week (5 Days)
August (12-18) 2019
I am about four months in and already feeling 50% better than when I began, (See my previous Nurse RX post) my pain has decreased though still present and my energy is crazy!
Everyday I usually create a juice based upon what I have and the goal I want to accomplish by the combination, which if you search the web are many! I started this mission slowly and I don't deny myself other meals for the day. I look at it as my live vitamins and supplement daily intake thus not having to give up everything. However, what you will find is that your food choices do slowly improve without you having to think much about it.
Energy Blast for a quick workout! Recipe.
I usually, like most, have to use what's on hand so today I had some Cabbage, (Reduces Inflammation, Gut Health, and even weight loss ), Celery, Cucumber, Garlic, Super Greens (Kale, Spinach and Greens) Pineapple, (for natural sugar) Creole Seasoning, (Because I put that ****on everything lol)
Lemons, and Turmeric ( which i didn't capture in photo) Sorry!
I was about to go exercise and needed a pick me up and since all these ingredients boost your immune system, initiates natural detoxification, lowers blood pressure, and reduces inflammation naturally they were a good match.
Total Body Boost
This mixture of Juicyliciousness is made with Turmeric, Garlic, Mint,
Fiji apples slices, pears slices , Baby Carrots and a Super Green mix of
(Spinach, Kale and Mustard greens). This batch yielded about 15 oz of juice.
Your greens provide you with powerful antioxidants, valuable vitamins, minerals and detoxifiers you can only get in plants. Its awesome anti-inflammatory properties could be better than any Motrin, Aleve or Naprosyn but if you choose to take them, in time, you will find that you will need less and less of them.
